“Brian is such a blessing. When I had a business deadline that was really pressuring me, he helped me determine the best entity format to utilize for my business, helped me create and file the necessary paperwork to formalize my company and was also a big part of my being able to achieve success. He is a true professional and really made me feel as if I was his only client. He absolutely saved me when I needed legal help, and needed it quickly. I cannot thank him enough!”

“Brian went out of his way to consult with me even though my schedule was already quite full, and then took the time to really listen and answer all my questions regarding my financial situation. He really made me feel better about the decision to file for bankruptcy protection. This is a person you can trust.”

Owner/Managing Attorney
“This Firm is committed to providing you with the highest quality legal representation. Our pledge to you is that we will approach every matter with a focus on determination while maintaining both integrity and efficiency.”
Brian acquired a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin, in 1994, and then relocated to Colorado where he earned his J.D. from The University of Denver, College of Law. He then spent many years at a small firm focusing on bankruptcy, probate, estate planning, adoption, and small business clients. Thereafter he shifted his practice and worked as a defense attorney representing insurance companies and large corporations against personal injury and workers’ compensation lawsuits. It is as a direct result of his varied experience both as a transactional attorney and as a litigator the Brian brings a very well-rounded perspective to each case.
After working at a large firm for many years, Brian made the decision to open The Daniel Law Firm and provide legal assistance and counsel to the individuals and small businesses in Parker, Colorado – a small suburb of Denver. He began assisting clients through The Daniel Law Firm in late 2006, and currently continues to help individuals and small businesses deal with a variety of legal issues.
Brian is admitted to practice in the States of Texas, Colorado and Wyoming. His practice currently emphasizes Estate Planning/Administration, Probate, Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Personal Bankruptcy (Chapters 7 & 13), Small Business Entity Formations and Dissolutions (Corporations, PLLCs, PCs, S-corps), and Adoption Assistance.
Locally, The Daniel Law Firm is a member of the Better Business Bureau (with an A+ rating) and Brian is an active member of the Austin Bar Association and the Texas Bar Association.
In addition to practicing law, Brian enjoys spending most of his free time with his wife of fourteen years and their three young daughters actively participating in their church and local community. Individually, Brian is an avid cyclist and triathlete (a two-time Ironman Finisher) and he applies the same degree of tenacity and commitment necessary for personal success in those endeavors to the representation of his clients.
